We provide private bath for our guests staying at the hotel to enjoy the good hot spring water of "Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen".

Japanese-style bathhouse

This bathhouse is built like a classic Japanese tea room, which is furnished with a 4&1/2 tatami rest space, tokonoma (alcove), a chabudai (tea table), and some zabuton (Japanese cushion).

And there is also an authentic Japanese-style open-air bath with a stone garden and forest, which is popular among overseas guests.

While soaking in this hot spring, you can gaze at Tsugaike Highland, Mt. Norikura-dake and Mt. Korengesan.

In addition, there is no steps from the entrance to dressing room, rest space and bathroom, and the bathtub is equipped with handrail, so it is barrier free and friendly to wheelchair users or elders.

Thermae Romae

This Roman-style spa is inspired by a Greek temple. The pillars are made of thinned wood from the forest here, and you can enjoy snow viewing while bathing in winter.

While soaking in this hot spring, you can gaze at Tsugaike Highland, Mt. Norikura-dake and Mt. Korengesan.

Goemon Bath

Goemon-buro is a traditional Japanese bathtub, which is built with a big kettle heated directly by a kamado (stove) from below. Guests sit on a floating wooden lid in the bath. It is said to be the origin of bath boiler and be popular even todays.

It is know by heating gently, retaining heat exceptionally well and also making water mellow.
