At our restaurant, you can enjoy both the best dishes prepared by our award-winning chefs and seasonal views of the garden.
We offer creative French courses dinner menu that combines seasonal local products and the unique culinary culture of the snow area, by using not only local Nagano ingredients but also seafood from neighboring Niigata.
For example, the "French Course of the Four Seasons" which offers different ingredients for each season, and the "Yumeno Tofu," the Executive Chef's specialty, and the "Premium French Course" limited to 5 groups per day, which offers golden consommé soup simmered for 3 days.
Besides, we also provide various wine by glasses to pair with food. As for the breakfast, it is offered by Japanese and Western style buffet.
